Hi ya Dan. The lessons were awesome you didn’t just teach me what to do but why we do it and when which was great. I felt nervous before my test and speechless afterwards! Before my lessons started I had nearly ruled out driving altogether but since starting my driving lessons with Gold a few months ago. I feel like I have grown both in confidence & knowledge with my driving and in this short amount of time I have been able to pass my theory test with my instructors help. Steve was my second driving instructor as I had a few problems with my first due to poor punctuality and the fact that I felt my lessons were not really progressing. Due to this I had a lack of confidence with my driving, however Steve soon built up my confidence and was extremely patient when i made mistakes (which I did a lot of the time!) and willingly went oven manoeuvres over and over again when I needed. I have now passed my test , and I enjoyed my lessons with Steve and felt that he helped me progress quickly.

Having on previous occasions tried to learn through other Instructors and driving schools, it was with good fortune that I finally found a tutor with whom I could make real progress. With a relaxed but focused atmosphere, I soon found myself gaining the much needed confidence and experience that would enable me to pass my driving test. Steve was recommended to me by my cousin, and she passed first time having trained with Steve. My Instructor at the time was always late. So, I changed to Steve and I’m really pleased I did. He is never late, is really easy to get on with and has a great sense of humor. I am very dyslectic. My girlfriend helped to write this, but in addition Steve has been helping with Theory revision, and his patience is unending. So calm and chilled out.

I would recommend anyone to learn to drive with Steve Crawford, he is a very good instructor and is patient and easy to get along with. Thanks to Steve I managed to pass my driving test first time without any minors.
